This is a video clip of intense lake-effect conditions (strong winds and heavy snow) taken near and around Saint Joseph, Michigan and along Lake Michigans lower eastern shore on February 10, 2008. The lake-effect storm not only deposits heavy snow with blowing and drifting, but whips up Lake Michigan into a frozen, violent surf.
