This is a video clip (from October 1994) of a Pilatus Porter series aircraft used for skydiving at Air Adventures Skydiving Center near Clewiston, Florida. The video shows both ground and cockpit footage of the aircraft bringing a load of skydivers to about 14,500 feet and the steep descent after the last jumper exits.
