This video clip shows a homeless man obviously in bad shape, most likely under the influence of drugs, mental illness, or both, riding the CTA Red Line train in Chicago in June of 2021. He appears to have open cuts or sores on his face and legs. This kind of scene is both disturbing and very sad. Always pray for people in situations like this. Drugs kill. Mental illness is a living "Hell on Earth" for those afflicted by it.
