This is a short video clip of a special time-lapse done on the circulation center (or broad "eye") or tropical storm Alberto as it was making landfall in the Florida Big bend Gulf Coast area. The time lapse shows the abrupt wind shift depicted by cloud motions associated with the vorticity / pressure center of the storm passing overhead. The video was shot in Taylor County, Florida on June 13, 2006. The video format is 320 by 180 (16:9 wide-screen), and is about 1:45 seconds long (about 4.2 MB) in Realplayer format.
