HURRICANE DORIAN EFFECTS IN FLORIDA (SEPTEMBER 3, 2019)

This is a video clip showing the western effects of Hurricane Dorian in Palm Beach County, Florida during the day of September 3, 2019 as the storm made its closest point of approach (CPA) to that area by about 120 miles. The storm core was not intercepted due to flight cancellations to the Bahamas. In this video, high surf, storm surge, and tropical storm forced winds are shown.
